On the purchase order, it needs to be clear which programs you wish to purchase, what form (download or CD-Rom), and in what quantities so that we know what products and licenses you are buying.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the Continental U.S..  We do not accept purchase orders from anywhere outside the Continental U.S. and Canada.

State sales tax of 8.25% will be added only to the sale for all customers shipping to Texas addresses.  If you are a Texas school or other government institution in Texas, the PO should show that you are tax-exempt and provide a tax-exempt number (most do).

If you ordered CD-Rom disks, your order will be shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of your valid purchase order.
 
The URLs and/or key-codes to products for download will be sent via email to the person mentioned above within 12 hours of our receipt of your faxed purchase order.  If you use a PO to purchase a download, make sure that your email address is easily found somewhere in the
