Note: Purchase orders are only accepted from purchasers in the United States. Non-U.S. purchasers must buy directly through the website using a credit card or Paypal and may only purchase download licenses.

On the purchase order, it needs to be clear which programs you wish to purchase, what form (download or CD-Rom), and in what quantities so that we know what products and licenses you are buying.

State sales tax of 8.25% will be added only to the sale for all customers shipping to Texas addresses. If you are a Texas school or other government institution in Texas, the PO should show that you are tax-exempt and provide a tax-exempt number (most do).
If you ordered CD-Rom disks, your order will be shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of your valid purchase order.
The URLs and/or key-codes to products for download will be sent via email to the person mentioned above within 12 hours of our receipt of your faxed purchase order. If you use a PO to purchase a download, make sure that your email address is easily found somewhere in the faxed material. |

System Requirements for each product: Pentium class processor. Microsoft Windows 98 through Windows 7. 50 MB of available hard-disk space for installation. 32 Mb of RAM (64 recommended). CD-ROM drive required if purchase is on CD-Rom.
Returns Policy and Warranty If you buy from us and your Pathos Learning software is damaged or in some way defective, please e-mail us to that affect, detailing the specific problem you are having, and, if we cannot fix the software-related problem, we will happily refund your purchase price or replace the defective disk (if the software was purchased on CD-Rom). To receive this refund due to a defective program, you must inform us of the problem via email within 30 days of purchase.
